Coffee or Hot Tea or Maybe Some Hot Chocolate

This cold weather has me craving a warm mug with some type of comforting beverage in it. I want a nice mug of coffee with some flavored creamer, or maybe a nice cup of hot tea – green tea with Mandarin orange bits – or maybe some hot chocolate with real milk and real chocolate melted in it and some marshmallows floating on the top until they melt.

The only other hot beverage that I can think of for a cold winter night might be some hot mulled cider. I found a recipe online that calls for cider and orange juice and some spices that you put into a gauze pocket and let it steep in a crock pot for a couple of hours on low. It sounds delicious but I don’t have any cider, so that will have to come later after I get to the store.

Cheap Shit Furniture

The sofa I bought last year is in my living room. I don’t even hardly use my living room on a daily basis. Most days I am up out of bed, into the kitchen for coffee, the bathroom for getting dressed and out the door. I get home late and head to bed. I might sit on the sofa for an hour or two on a weekend before I’m out the door to meet friends or go clubbing.

So why is this sofa sagging and all flat and hard now? The cushions are just foam rubber covered with fabric. How hard is it to make a decent sofa cushion that doesn’t go flat and gets hard from just a little bit of use?

We should do coffee sometime

July 27, 2008 // Posted in Life, Sex (Tags: , , , ) |  Comments Off on We should do coffee sometime

When some guy says we should do coffee sometime it really means (wanna fuck?) I am really glad to see this trend, it’s the kind of catch phrase that I hope never goes out of style. Want to do coffee sometime? It doesn’t matter where – it could be a cafe, starbucks, heck even a sit down restaurant, but it implies that you want to get to know each other better, and it’s not a huge commitment of time or money.

In other words, I’m interested in you and wondering if you interested in me, let’s commit to 15 minutes and find out if the attraction can lead to a more intimate relationship. In this day and age with internet dating at the speed of light multiple emails, a cup of coffee with someone is a serious amount of time it seems. Everyone is so busy, heck i have a hard time finding mutual free time to have coffee with people that already have interest to do it.

With a coffee date there is no obligation – no expensive dinner, no huge commitment of time, just an open conversation that could be over in a few minutes with no regrets, and gives time if you want to talk for hours. It also gives you a little extra energy for some good sex if things go well! I love coffee dates!
